YES,Did is a bitter truth.90% of d leaders in any sector are less corrupt than dier corresponding followers. Take a institution & disect it without bias!. EXAMPLE a typical secondary skul head teacher=B.SC/B.A.class room teacher=OND/NCE. ordinary,d head teacher sud earn more by d virtue of his rank & qualification:Examining a corrupt scenario in d school! HEAD TEACHER=receive bribe as d last authority. TEACHER=receive bribe from students to b in d same level with d head teacher even when he knows his rank/qualificatn is lower! STUDENT=90% ready to bribe their way WHO is to blame.WHY MUST we always blame only d leaders while we are worst? |
