ogaemma: No matter how they change the law, i am sure people that does Cotonue deals will still do it and for the following reasons: Quick access to the ride Cheaper rate of clearing However, 98% of the rides from Cotonue are smuggled in, and the federal govt of Nigeria could end this by making the clearing cost at the Nigerian port be affordable. |
