OP mind what u post bcuz I was there the moment it happened it's in OWERRI ROAD OPP EZEIWEKA JUNCTION ,there's nothing like speeding bcuz the road is not Good and the cart pusher &the load owner was waiting for the trailer to pass and he was standing beside the road demarcation block when the Hausa/driver crushed them to death and he stopped and fled
