That is one reason why the people don't take it serious. They'd rather go to hisba or sharia court which is not an official or National approved court.


To be a great country means that country goes the mile process; which we are not close to being at all. But if we are serious, all that shortcuts and anyhow mentality is coming back to bite us.

This is what happens when states cannot generate significant revenues outside monthly FAAC .. What do you expect? Everything suffers!
