please read the post again.

don't you see where he said charging points will be created across the city.

meaning even if you don't have light and you can't afford to buy a generator. you can always go to the charging point where there's going to be constant light to charge.

of course people are going to be paying but it will reduce the over dependent on oil price by motorists.

even if you're going to be using generator, instead of buying fuel for both your car and gen. you will only be buying for generator. then use your generator to charge your car and for other things.

this will lead to relatively decrease in demand for petrol which will force the market to reduce the Price.

This is great however, without investing in charging stations, taking care of the gridlock and the electricity . . . . It might end up being another waste of project BUT i am sure that the Korean company have a plan for the charging stations which will be another source of income for them

the car use 33kwh for fully charge 9 hour 35 min
Rate per kilowatt hour (R2SP) ₦21.30
cost 702.9 Naira
do you think our govt can make this work the cost of clearing car a 2010-2020 is above 1m , now they will bring another law to counter this so the citizen can pay more and high tax

Exactly what I wanted to say. Whats the point of an electric car when the needed electricity is missing? So the owners of the car will still need to buy petrol for their generator to charge the car then....lol
