have you been to Lekki toll plaza? Do you know how far structures are away from the toll. I agree bullets will touch structures far away but I doubt if it still has same velocity to penetrate. On one end around oriental is also the lagoon. No structure behind the protesters that the bullet could touch as it's an express way, where structures are far away are sides which soldiers are not shooting at. Maybe a stray though

There were bullet holes on the toll gate towers. I was at Sangotedo last week and drove past the toll gate. The bullet holes are still there.
