How can Nigeria , Africa major oil producing nation after spending billions on refinery still be importing refined product, this is an evidence that the government has failed in that sector just like the have failed in security, food production, power generation, healthcare and annoyingly job creation!

Why not get China or any other investor to bulid and manage a refinery here? Rather than helping Niger to provide job for her youth when unemployment is at its pick in your own country? We already have the market here!
