Also download the English transliteration as flash file: http://www.quranflash.com/en/download/index.html
click on 'Download English Transliteration' (windows version). Its 147 Mb. It has also got Tajweed(pronunciation) pointers. Do not forget to explore the last page it has got Quran topics and corresponding Verse number. Subhanallah!
