That's not even the sad part.

In April, I I was informed you can't buy forex on the black market and use it to to pay for goods and services except inflows from overseas. This is a death sentence. i hope it's been overturned.

Worse, exporters are expected to convert their forex earnings to Naira at 365, the Buhari determined exchange rate--this is a recipe for disaster.
