If we divide the Western Nigeria into States and Northern Nigeria into States, how long would it take to rotate the Presidency?

Before Buhari, Easter Nigeria, indeed a Biafran was the President.

Now Northwest, Northcentral or Kongi, Adamawa etc want their turns.
