The other side of his mouth is saying Buhari should be impeached for not honouring invitation by the NASS.

Whether it is constitutionally right or wrong is not important. Buhari's refusal to honor the invitation shows how little he regards Nass & Nigerians.

Buhari is a tyrant. The Nass has absolute power to summon. The Nass represents all Nigerians so disregarding the Nass is tantamount to disregarding Nigerians. He should be impeached asap
stop foaming here. NASS doesn't have any power to summon the president. Ypi can google it on Nigeria constitution it will help you.
