I think you will need a pgd in economics and then progress to masters degree level. I doubt if any Nigerian university handles econometrics real good.But try UI or Ife,i learnt there Econs dept is one of the best in the country. |

Guy Chambers2 has given u d rite step to take, I came across econometrics in UI during my undergraduate studies. So I think it will do you good if u follow the step. |
