Politics as defined by Larwell is 'who get what, when and how'. Also it can be define as a game of negotiation and compromise. So it is not strange when the president said in the event leading to the party primary that zoning in the party only take place after the party has won the presidency, also  surprising is the statement credited to OBJ that he is not aware of any arrangement in the party like that. But the twist in the matter is the statement credited to the same OBJ that zoning is alive and kicking in the party.
