Politics as defined by Larwell is 'who get what, when and how'. Also it can be define as a game of negotiation and compromise. So it is not strange when the president said in the event leading to the party primary that zoning in the party only take place after the party has won the presidency, also  surprising is the statement credited to OBJ that he is not aware of any arrangement in the party like that. But the twist in the matter is the statement credited to the same OBJ that zoning is alive and kicking in the party. Which one should we take or is it a matter of always trying to justify one stand on issue at all time. If according to the president and OBJ there is on zoning in 2011, how can there be in 2015?  I only pity my brothers in the south east who believe the presidency will come to them in 2015, with the statement made by OBJ in abuja should be a food for thought for them. But can we really trust this party? Would they come up with another 'doctrine of necessity'. But with the vicious campaign being mounted by the northern political elders. They will always be on their toe. If the threat is anything to go by. I think the party leaders should start to re negotiate in order to get what they want now.

The equation in PDP keep changing by the day. With recent election of BMT, the road seem clear for GEJ to contest for 2nd term (or 3rd term as the case maybe)
