The facilities on ground have failed to meet the demands of the teeming population.
Some people leave their homes 5am, 6am and still can't get it done, either a singular computer system has to cater to tens of thousands of people OR service not available.
I checked at some Banks and most stopped registration just before the lockdown.

If network providers have the facilities, maybe NIMC should draft them in.
Otherwise the deadline isn't feasible

My BVN, International Passport, Voters Card were all gotten under stressful conditions. I can't risk my health this period. If they block millions of sim cards, they will get less taxes from telecoms companies, so they will extend it cos it pays nobody.
