The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says the nomination of former Service Chiefs as Ambassadors by President Muhammadu Buhari is a ploy to protect them from International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecution. PDP claimed that the former Service Chiefs’ tenure was “inglorious” and replete with killings of innocent Nigerians and other crimes against humanity.
