When late maman vatsa was the minister of FCT(1984-85) open grazing of animals was not allowed within the FCT and violator were arrested and sent to vet centre in Nyanya and heavy fine paid before their release.

over 30 years now

We are in 2021 and have a department called Environmental in the FCT and it is now the minister is knowing that it is wrong to allow cow to be grazing freely in a so called modern town.
