All that said, fact is that somebody did try to rig elections at njikoka.

ACN won in Lagos with Landslide. No claim of rigging and fraud. Where PDP wins marginally, they claim it is fraud.

The good part of this is INEC is already in damage control mode . . . not as fast as we expected but so far, we already know INEC has decided to step in in some cases rather than let this all go to court. I am certain we will hear of more reruns in the next couple days.
