Martini101: Its terrible. All over the federation, there are non regulated money collectors at every point, all forcefully obtaining money from innocent investors without any restraints or any records. The government seems totally helpless as even when you take them to the police, the matter will escalate and they will actually return to your site before you are done writing your statement. And they will still collect their money intact before you work again, plus the money they used to bail themselves. You will still settle police and close the case file with money later on. You pay at every checkpoint, to either police and their senior brothers, you also pay to arm wielding crooks masquerading as local government rates collectors. All these goes into building costs and must be transferred directly to the consumers through rents. 2 Likes |

Work is ongoing on the lintels of this floor. Block sellers around here are on strike so we are still waiting for them to resolve their issues with sand suppliers before we continue more walls. The issues are causing us some serious delays in this site. 1 Like |
