Yes u can, i did it 2yr back,and i got admision in 2 schools wit seperate forms.jst make sure u bought them diferent tyms,sumit diferent tym and use diferent pasport.

I doubt if that is possible. I entered d university thru DE and I also wrote ume dat same yr.

But he said he did it, just remember that was 2yrs ago. My advice is, stick to one form and pray for God's help if u believe in Him.
