Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by blacksta(m): 7:04pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
S-South (9.5m) + S-East (7.5m) is 2.8m voters short of the voting strength of the N-West (19.8m) |
Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by koruji(m): 7:07pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
You mean 17m vs. 19.8m - not too much different blacksta: |
Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by efisher(m): 7:10pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
^ GEJ can recover the 2.8m offset from the margin in Lagos alone. For GEJ to win with a very good margin, the North Central has to swing to his side and he should get at least 20% from the North East. |

Basseti:^^You 've been following the wrong threads. Several people have projected this trend in voting patterns on this thread here |

Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by nwabobo: 7:28pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
blacksta: Hope you know that at least 5 million of the 19.8m registered voters in N-West are Igbos. |
Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by 10cirenoh: 7:34pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
There's surely going to be a run off between PDP and CPC, no two way about it. it's going between north and south now. |
Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by blacksta(m): 7:35pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
10cirenoh: spot on - unless pdp comes up with some miraculous overnight results |
Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by Basseti: 7:37pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
blacksta: Like finding some "forgotten ballot" boxes in some creek in Bayelsa state. People forget stuff. Human error. |

Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by jmaine: 7:48pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
10cirenoh: Abstain from adapting errors of the past by making deductions without having the true pictures of votes cast . .especially the North . . nwabobo: Really . . . . .How . . . . . |
Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by Beaf: 7:52pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
10cirenoh: On NL, but not in the real World. There is very low voter turnout across the North: 4:20pm: Kano records low turnout of voters |
Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by Basseti: 7:59pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
blacksta: It happened in one of the counties in Wisconsin. Just saying. |
Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by blacksta(m): 8:01pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
also heard there was a low turn in oyo state with 2.5 registered voters - the understanding is many are saving their energies for next Saturday election - |
Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by blacksta(m): 8:06pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
nwabobo: utter nonsense - when the entire south east registered voters are about 5.8 Million |
Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by 10cirenoh: 8:17pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
^^^^ Stop deceiving yourself, the north is voting MASSIVELY for CPC it's going to be a north and south thing, believe it or not. |

Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by nduchucks: 8:42pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
It is highly improbable that GEJ will receive a majority of popular votes and highly probable that Buhari will receive a majority of those votes. There is also a chance that Buhari may win this election outright, but my money is on a Buhari/GEJ runoff |
Re: Jonathan Takes Early Lead by aletheia(m): 8:45pm On Apr 16, 2011 |
ndu_chucks:^^This election will underline the fact that NW votes alone will not deliver the presidency. Hope you know your beloved Buhari is behind in all regions except the NW? There will be no runoff. GEJ wins outright. |
