Yes I agree that Nigerians are the most difficult people to govern in the entire human race, but let's not ignore the leadership failure on the part of the presidency. There are no proper guidelines on which erring state actors can be brought to justice. Those people working under him are just doing as they please, which makes one to believe the rumor that buhari is long dead.
