Sequel to the loggerhead between NIPOST and FIRS over Stamp Duties, Federal Government through the Accountant General of the Federation; Ahmed Idris has mandated all Federal Government MDA's to use Adhesive Stamps produced by Nigerian Postal Service(NIPOST) for denoting receipts, vouchers, contract agreement and all instruments in compliance with Financial Regulations (FR) 620 and section 46 of finance act 2020. Attached is a memo to that effect.
