1. Identify the wrongest candidate and vote massively for the person - they are already massively in support of tinubu just the same way the were massively in support of buhari.
2. Vote that person into office.
3. Complain about the person they voted for 4 years.
4. Repeat.

To be fair, the elections are not even free and fair to begin with. These same incompetent folks would be ready to do anything to rig elections.
