No one is stopping BUA
. There is a policy that allows private company or individual to build infrastructure.. and the cost will be deducted from ur taxes.. Dangote can afford to build roads. BUA can't.. Simple
NLNG is using the same policy to build Bodo bonny bridge at a cost of 120bn in portharcourt...so argue facts not sentiment
guywitzerogal:
Imagine that let them grant BUA the same

One of the very few ones with sense on nairaland...
One bottle of Heineken for u
ThierryJay:
Well, actually the tax credit is backed by law under the Road Infrastructure Tax Credit scheme. So in this regard, Dangote is only reaping the benefit of his investment in developing road infrastructure in Nigeria.

A lot of Nigerians criticize without understanding what they are criticizing. This tax credit is also available to Flour Mills and some other private entities.

Later, one Efulefu will tell me that Nigeria is United and we are one.

Did you read about the amount that he was paid in both tranches? Read to understand/comprehend instead of reading just for the sake of attack

How can Federal government give Dantmgote tax credit when we need the money at this crucial point in time. Government is looking for how to remove fuel subsidy, increase electricity bill and yet they are giving one business this kind of tax credit. Too bad

Dangote is now also a road construction contractor? Wow! The guy owns Nigeria! He monopolized everything!

Dangote is the most corrupt businessman in this zoo of a country! He's a northerner that's why he's getting everything he wants while businessmen for other parts of the country are shunned and taxed heavily!

One Nigeria my a*ss!!

Smh this is going to bite us right back to our faces, how can a whole government keep giving monopoly to one individual, without allowing other competitiors/competitions to thrive?

You just said there are competitors
Do you know the meaning of money NJ imply
Or you're just looking for clout
Also did the other competitors offer to build any road
