The easter service at the Latter Rain church anchored by Pst T Bakare himself was aired live on AIT yesterday.
With less focus on the resurrection of Christ, he preached to his congregation on how men who served God were put to test but remained steadfast in the Lord. With this, there was no doubt he was definitely going to talk about the fire that burnt his house. He finally did.
The service was more like a political rally where he took time to explain to his congregation about the Next newspaper story indicting him for being responsible for marring the CPC/ACN alliance.
His closing remarks were,"the april 16th elections will mark an end to rigging in Nigeria and with our facts and evidence, to court we shall head".

not even a word of condolence to people who lost their love ones, this man has lost it, psycho!!!!!

I think this is not fair enough of a man of God. Personal ambition already beclouded value of lifes and properties that were lost.

Nigerian's are really crazy when it comes to religion. "He is a man of God", "God has shown him his wrath by the fire that ravaged his house." I guess through your visions, God showed you that Bakare has defied him. He is a man of God, and according to his religion and the bible, he is yet to do wrong. So why the mass hysteria? Are you afraid that he may be right? Nigerian's are always afraid of the truth. Who told you GEJ is God sent? What is your proof? If you can actually believe God is wicked enough to send you a leader, who is surrounded by the wolves in PDP, then you are indeed crazy. And need mental help. . Did he commit a crime by expressing his rights? He is a pastor but also a Nigerian and entitled to the same rights as any one else.
