Hypoglycemia is an instance when your body is low on sugar, that can be measured in your blood.

Garri as we all know it is a wonderful source of sugar (carbohydrate) to your body. Hence there is no coherence with taking garri and hypoglycemia.

I can't say right now of the same with malaria and taking garri, he may have a unique experience with that.
