It beats me why a responsible authority like the police will not check out on leads like this to confirm authenticity & if dubious, then effect arrest.

So many similar addresses calling on applicants are slashed all over the internet; but no, they have be reactive always when the evil deeds have been carried out.

Business Development not Business. Business Development is a distinct field of its own. There's nothing wrong with using both consulting and business development in the same name as they are different fields in the same industry.

On a serious note though, i do not know where they get people's details from. I received something similar to this sometime back. I decided to attend, but i was prepared to intimidate them. So I took along my SUV and had my driver, and i also got the protocol team of my company to give me a hillux truck with mopols (by virtue of my function i am entitled to these security details by the way). When we got there and i asked for the MD with the two gun totting policemen flanking me, the receptionist denied the office, she said she was visiting but had to sit on that chair to wait for her friend who was the real staff but went to toilet. I walked through the first, second and third floor of the building and when i got to the 4th floor i saw a group of people being briefed. I asked the man speaking to them, "is this XYZ Consultants", the office is at ebute metta but i have since forgotten their name, the guy said NO in low tones, I asked to see the MD, he said they had no MD, I asked again, this time with a raised voice, is this XYZ Consultants, he said No. The guys being briefed started looking and mumbling. I turned and walked downstairs. By the time i got to my vehicle there was so much noise behind me, people were leaving, i later gathered that the guy briefing them got rough handled by some of the guys that stayed back. I think this was at Ebutte Metta west, around Jebba street or something of that sort. So let's all be careful. Things may be tough, but life has got no duplicate, please.

By the grace of God, I own my own business. But funny enough I have received such message about two times. I don't need anyone to tell me that it was a scam since I never applied for any job in the past 10 years
