Governor Theodore Ahamefula Orji has cleared thousands of votes in Abia state beating other contenders to clinch to the precious Government House Umuahio for a second term. |

Re: Orji Wins Abia State by jookco(m): 12:13pm On Apr 27, 2011 |
Its all over the place, remember we don't have major contenders accept the like of Akomas and Paul Ikkonne , I'm speaking with people on the ground in Abia and Orji just dominated everywhere. |

Choi! This is the worstestest news for the day. *sadface* |
Re: Orji Wins Abia State by PROUDIGBO(m): 12:24pm On Apr 27, 2011 |
If this is true, i pity Abians for real. This is the height of nonchalance, and whatever negative stuff they get in the next 4 years, they thoroughly deserve. Nonsense. |

Heeehehehe, why complain? did you vote for any other party before? |
Re: Orji Wins Abia State by houvest: 1:08pm On Apr 27, 2011 |
Abia really had no option to fall to. Imo would have been in a similiar situation if Rochas had not come on the rescue mission from Abuja. |

Re: Orji Wins Abia State by mensdept: 1:16pm On Apr 27, 2011 |
houvest: Nonsense. This is an excuse that morons are using to justify this rigged election. Abia State is about to totally collapse, and yet ALL the Senators, House of Thiefs, and now Governor have returned/re-selected for another 4 years. So you mean there was absolutely no "opposition" at any level? None in one of the worse parts of Africa? Maybe Abia people should undergo Sharia Law since they clearly are a joke. Orji for goodness sake. |
Re: Orji Wins Abia State by EzeUche3(m): 1:17pm On Apr 27, 2011 |
I blame the opposition. They did not have a strong enough challenger. This vote was not rigged. The Ngwa vote was split amongst the APGA and ACN candidate. T.A. Orji gained most of his votes from Abia-Central. https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-612823.0.html |

Re: Orji Wins Abia State by EzeUche3(m): 1:23pm On Apr 27, 2011 |
Most of the violence in Abia was fueled between T.A. Orji and Orji Uzor Kalu. T.A. Orji was trying to go against former godfather. Seems like T.A. Orji has won. Abia is now more peaceful compared what it was last year. |
Re: Orji Wins Abia State by mensdept: 1:25pm On Apr 27, 2011 |
EzeUche__: See immature politician. What happened to roads, schools, jobs, security? Do you need federal soldiers and police to monitor your poop of a state, a state that Naija folks thought was a land of serious warriors that cared for their people? |
Re: Orji Wins Abia State by houvest: 1:27pm On Apr 27, 2011 |
mens dept: For God's Sake try and keep your posts civil without resorting to insults. We can all agree to disagree. Now can you tell me the credible opposition Orji had? Have you forgotten that the main principality in Abia was OUK. Oji's divorce with OUK must have worked highly in his favour as OUK was the main masquerade Abians wanted to throw out |
Re: Orji Wins Abia State by otondo55: 1:28pm On Apr 27, 2011 |
Its never true, that cant happen. Not again in Abia. ACN is leading, followed by APGA. |
Re: Orji Wins Abia State by EzeUche3(m): 1:31pm On Apr 27, 2011 |
mens dept: You do not understand Abia do you? Do you know how much power Orji Uzor Kalu had in Abia? He made the state so ungovernable, that the military was needed in the state. When you face a powerful and calculating Orji Uzor Kalu there is going to be trouble? OBJ can tell you that. Anyway, I think you should shut the hell up, because you are making yourself look like a fool. |

Weak oppositions who produce weak candidates will lose. |
Re: Orji Wins Abia State by ujchief(m): 1:36pm On Apr 27, 2011 |
We Abians had no strong opposition, though i didnt PDP, I knew he was going to win. We've never been lucky in terms of governance in our state. We've made the headlines for the wrong reasons, Okija shrine, Kidnapping etc. Now, we've been guaranteed another 4 yrs of wallowing in emptiness and misrule. Where is the messiah |

there is no reason to justify the state of infrastructural decay in all sectors in Abia state. Chris Ngige of Anambra had worse godfathers and we all saw what he did when he was governor of Anambra state. T.A. Orji (Thief After Orji as he is called) is a waste of leadership. A slowpoke could do better. Two entrance exams has been written within 4 yrs he became governor, with hundreds of thousands of applicants charged upwards of N2,500 for the form, no single name has been published, His only achievement, as he claims, is that he pulled Abia out from Egypt, from the hands of Pharoh (his presumed Godfather) mshweeeeeee |

Re: Orji Wins Abia State by EzeUche3(m): 1:46pm On Apr 27, 2011 |
ujchief: I have never been in support of T.A. Orji. Simply said that there was a weak opposition filled with weak candidates. The opposition was too dumb to come together and provide a united front against T.A. Orji Abia Central voted for Orji while the rest of the vote was split. The people in the state who should have all the power should be the Ngwa, since they have the largest voting bloc, but their vote is always split. |
