It is so sad that the ongoing sad situation keep becoming complex and worsen more than one expected.

I once supported the startup of the ongoing situation some weeks back because I taught it was a good one, not knowing that the incident would later lead to a very serious sad moment like this.

As a leader, you have to always admire, listen and look upon your mistakes. No one is perfect, you aren't too old or big to accept your mistake, so why would you not? Their is no any sincere reason.

The sanctions of the thousands workers may not be too bad if some favorable process are taken before the action. When they are caught with any specific reason as he (the Kaduna State Governor) stated, like failing of conducted exams, failed to report to work or something else, if necessary to sacked them, then it is compulsory for the government to provide an alternative, even not like the job lost.

The alternative may be something like providing them with another compatible job (establishment of diffrent companies and offered them job there) or offer them a huge amount of money to startup a business (like N500,000.00). And their should be also pension/gratitude.

However, the act of strike and protests by the opposite, Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC is a very welcome idea if is obediently done well and for the sake of the masses.

Nigeria Organizations, weather government or nongovernmental, human right fighter or whatsoever, they can not longer be trusted now a days. Most of them are fighting and acting for the sake of their pocket, but publicly for the sake of the masses.

If truly the NLC are fighting for the sake of the masses, may Almighty Allah help them through, and if otherwise, may the both NLC and the Government plans became impossible.

Kaduna State Government should please admire to it mistakes, listen to the masses, even not for the of NLC Boss, but for the sake of your fellow citizens who vote you into the office the picture below is snapped.

I pray may Almighty Allah let the Kaduna State Governor understand his mistakes, listen to the masses and take a good lasting solution, because El-rufai has a strong head.

For PDP affiliates workers, please don't be glad over such sad incidents, no one know tomorrow, no one is upscale, let pray for a lasting solution. Politics aside.

Truth should be told, politics or mindset should taken aside.
