Ota is home to land grabers. They are notorious and their former king (I don't know of the present one) was their biggest fan. They will sell one plot to multitudes, kill people on their plots etc. When you eventually start building on your plot, they will bill you per room, even to for drainages. Very notorious haven for omo-oniles |
