I stay in Owerri as a matter of fact I saw this people with my two eyes, but what I can now is that they mean no harm to the citizen, am surprised despite the soldiers mounted at imsu junction which is just a two or three minutes drive to where this guys where moving around yesterday, yet they military couldn't approach this boys, they operated and went home without any military challenging them, later them military will start arresting innocent boys in the streets
