Indian government had issued compliance notice to all SM platforms 3 months back asking them to appoint a legal representative to represent themselves whom Indian courts can issue relevant warrents against users indulging in criminal acts etc or against the SM platform themselves for not following rule of the land and doing propaganda on the bidding of enemies of India

Except for twitter rest like facebook whatsapp instagram Google etc have agreed to follow Indian laws
