i wonder if all organ of the ICAN (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) organ is efficient in the discahrge of their duties? because my friend who had successfully completed the online process of the excemption since April 7th uptill now cannot obtain the exam form uptill now and he had prepared fully for this diet. despite our calls to their office and presence in their office, they still tell us to that they are working on it.somebody profer a solution pls exam is in somedays from now.
