Different mdas (ministries,department and agencies have different salary scheme.in mine 8/2 on d old scale is 277,700. It's under ministry of sci n tech.we are yet to know d calculation of the new scale..but we don't expect so much..twud particularly favour low earners

E no go pass NASRDA. NABDA, NASENI and few other parastatals I know under FMST don't start entry level with that much.

Please, I read through this discussion and I am so sad, I do not have a job to care for my two children and aged parents. My husband lost his job about 10months ago. I do not have any connection but God. I am a Bsc holder of Estate Management from OAU Ile Ife, I am an AAT holder from ICAN, I also have OND in Statistics / Mathematics. Please, all d private school teaching are paying 20k and my husband is yet to find a job. Please, I need sincere and truthful people who are working in government parastatals and ministries to come to my aid. I need Govt Job, I'm based in Abeokuta. I can relocate if God uses anybody to connect me and my generation in securing a good govt Job , God will make such a person a joy of many generations.. I think the salary is based on the agency.federal parastatals( Especially, revenue generating ones) pay more than core ministries just as Federal government pays more than states.
Customs pays about 90k as basic for Graduate entry level, I saw this on friend's Appointment letter, I dont know about other allowances,I heard SON pays about 70k.



immigration pays about 120k/month

their pay is based on CONPASS which I doubt if other states adopts for fire officers

After pension, housing and tax is deducted you would be left with 51k

Plz what is the difference ?
