The dot in the circle is the most important part of the circle. It is where the hub that makes the circle to move is fixed. It is where the wheel is fixed. In biology, it is called the nucleus. That is where the life of the cell is. Without it, the cell cannot live. Mankind made so many advancements in science when it discovered wheel. In fact, all the advancements in modern science as it relates to transportation, printing, communication, exploration, medicine etc would not have been possible if not for the discovery of the circle or wheel, be them big or small.
And in the middle of that wheel or circle is a dot that the wheel or circle is affixed to the main hub. Without that dot, the circle is useless.
So you now see that the dot controls the circle, determines the movement of the circle, and if the dot is not in the circle, the circle can't move. The circle even losses its life. So you can now understand that when Gen Buhari says that you are just a dot in a circle, that means that you are the life of the circle.
