Yes, he was!!! He should have empowered minority tribes more with appointments and projects.

2007 election was rigged but even without rigging, Yar Adua would still have won

2015 election was rigged by Jonathan loyalists in the SS and SE

Elections were a bit fair in the SW and NC

In the end, both APC and PDP rigged but APC rigged more

Buhari is incompetent and not fit to be a local government chairman. He is nepotistic and an unrepentant tribalist but Jonathan messed up big time. Jonathan was clueless and too soft to be a president while his wife provided us with lots of comic relief.
