What they “eventually deliver” is often substandard and not what they promised (parks, green areas, etc). That’s FRAUDULENT!
>

That's why I said you should always check a company's antecedents before subscribing.. the quality of their developments is always poor but cheap which is why some people opt to buy from them.. it's not fraud.. just that they deliver inferior quality at a cheap price.
There'll be a semblance of what was promised.. but an inferior version

Paradise estate where white men lives.

Paradise estate is actually working hard to deliver, they may be slow but they are actually working hard.

Let's not forget that a quite number of houses in the estate has been majority and others are still other construction

How long does it take to build a house ?

Bungalow 3 months.

Duplex 6 months.

Start to finish for outright payment.

@ OP, there are a lot of people in this category. But because subscribers do not have a forum to talk to one another like a WhatApp group, Paradise Estate keeps taking people for granted. Please create a WhatsApp link in the original post that subscribers can join and discuss how we can jointly sue Paradise Estate for flagrant breach of contract. This will reduce legal costs for individuals. Also, there is strength in number.

I am a subscriber to Paradise Boulevard Katampe, in Abuja

I saw the T puppy guy in Ekiti just yesterday. Maybe he has come to sell more invincible land.

The guy uses a customised TPUMPy 2 plate with a 2015 Toyota Hilux escort.

Quite frankly these people are cashing out.

Don't say what you don't know.
There's no substandard building in any of paradise estates.
There are about 5 estates completed or under construction by paradise estates...if they do substandard buildings do you think people will still subscribe to their estates?
Let's be guided pls.

All these defence on behalf of Paradise estates SUCKS!

Are you aware the first rain in Abuja this year pulled off alot of roof in life camp 1 and the newly completed karimo estate? A friend had to leave his house in life camp 1 while the one in karimo who had her house warming party planned for Eid period had to reschedule because of the unexpected expenses. The roof was pulled off by the rain and the POP damaged, she said she kept praying while the rain lasted.

Meanwhile she had spent her own money to make a new POP before even moving in as the initial one delivered by paradise estate was THRASH. it took the resident association for Paradise estate handlers to agree that residents can bring their receipts for reimbursement after they must have repaired.

I have more facts and receipts when you all their apologists wants it. You know how much people even paid to buy into those houses. Jo rest! P.S people subscribed because they thought paradise estate had credibility but No they would rather build billboards and win more customers than actually keeping their words

Nigerians need basic legal education.
Why would anyone accept ordinary promise in business transactions?
Wasn't there any form of legal agreement between the parties?

Rather than waste time on articles, they should drag the developer to court for breach of contract.

This scam if true will continue as long as the victims refuse to take action but to beg government for intervention
and grant meaningless interviews.
Good morning sir. The way most of you make sweeping statements against your nationality is a potpourri of ignorance and arrogance mixed with inferiority complex . This is not fair on a people.
In the first place, nobody signs up for this kind of investment with no paper works, you could have just requested for the papers signed but it's clear you're not familiar with it yet made a sweeping condescending remark. This gives an idea of the generation of Nigerians you belong to; that generation that doesn't read ,spend so much time on the social media and have strong opinions on everything.
Sir, there are written and unwritten agreements and when people default, they can be invoked. That there's a default does not mean it is because there's no agreement. And court of law is just one of the courts and everywhere in the world, it grinds slowly and still gives room for the guilty one to interfere and buy time, the best approach with long lasting and immediate effect is the court of public opinion. It is even older than the court of law and don't ever think you will have dirty hands and come out of the verdict reached by court of public opinion. Even judges are scared of court of public opinion. That company is in far deeper trouble than you think sir. That's why corporate culture should never be transactional. There must be a value placed above profit. For example, at FreeStuffsNG www.freestuffsng.com , we place PATRIOTISM over Profit. If this company had placed integrity over profit, it won't be transactional to the point it has been declared guilty in the court of public opinion.

Always do background search at land registry to avoid stories that touch. One more thing ALWAYS carry your lawyer along when doing anything real estate in Nigeria. Very important. The average Nigerian now is a scamming pig!

This thread is a HUGE eye-opener. I'd rather buy a property through a bank and pay the extra fees associated because I am essentially paying for my peace of mind, than take all these 'mouth watering offers' and wet my pillow at night with tears. Hell no.

my sister can help you recover it .but she'll take 20m from that money when the money is finally paid ..

Agreed ?

I dont know who you are and frankly i refrain from insulting people online but what you just posted just made me mad right now... they should give your sister almost 45% of the money to help recover there money. You and your sister are thief's and criminals... 20 million out of 45 million as collector's fee.. in a country as bad as Nigeria where you dont know how they hustled for the money they should now give you almost half for recovery, not 2% not 5% not at most 10% you want 45 %.
Criminal that is what you are. I hope the OP who posted this does not fall for scam's like this..

Lol, anyday anytime, I prefer omo onile than real estate developers.
One developer recently bought some portion of land from omo onile in a swamp and they have started advertising that people should buy after sandfilling just a small part for people to walk through
