The female pastor seem to be a bit advanced in years than this young man. She could have led him by example or this proves one thing, ladies are more vulnerable than man and their decision making is not that one of a person fit to be a leader. Matters can even go worse to realize that she left a husband at home.

Junior pastors are meant to be cup bearers like Elisha to Elijah, they are meant to be groomed and learnt from their mentors. After such an encounter, this young man will never walk straight as a man of God.
