Well, there is this project currently going on in Lagos. The government has been laying fibre cables all across Lagos (highways, inner roads, streets e.t.c). Other Lagosians can testify to this. It is on going in Lagos. I don't know about other states. They are basically network cables and it is Government project (but i dont knw if it is state project or federal project)

lol...Buhari's govt and scam are 5 and 6. I've been using MTN's #1500 for 6gig weekly which hardly lasts to 3 days despite combining it with free WiFi at work. #1500 for 6 gig is actually #250 for 1 gig. #390 is actually more expensive than I am already paying for 1 gig of data!
