He is a very angry person and has pride just because he was looking for the house key, and discovered that the key he was looking for was held by my dad. He started beating him. He has even destroyed some of our properties at home all in the name of anger.

Can you tell us the whole story? it's not as if we're trying to justify the act but it makes it easier to solve if we know the root cause of the problem

Tie the idiot to a tree and flog the living daylight and the spirit of beating a father out of him..spiritually and physically.then take him to a police station to sign an undertaken.

What happened. There is a reason for every action. Who is Ur father? is he irresponsible? Drunkard or others.

Just tell ur brother to continue because he has actually cursed himself naturally.
Every damn thing he is doing to that old man would be given to him in multiple folds. He will search for that old man in the grave to beg him but nothing would ever change it.

Let me tell u a story,my father once told me how an elderly woman cursed an uncle of mine. Like play like joke,it all manifested to the least of his children.

According to my dad,when they were small,he and this my uncle rode bicycle and accidentally hit an old woman in the village,surprisingly my dad stopped and beg this woman profusely and even assisted her to get up,but his brother refused and was stubborn and didn't stay to help. According to him,this old woman laid a curse on this my uncle and this was only witnessed by my dad who kept on begging the woman to forgive while his brother had gone far,probably home. Today,as I write u this,that my uncle had 5 children and all of them became crippled at their teenage. This issue troubled that uncle uncle of mine until he died,but before he died,he came over to my house in Lagos then,to inform my dad of his decision to go and beg the old woman and to his surprise,my father told him not to bother because the woman in question died like 30years earlier,he insisted he was going to visit his grave to appease it so as to stop the calamity that has befallen him.

Your dad is at fault... Had it been he trained that kid well, he wouldn't grow up to be beating him. The Bible said "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it".

There are many angles to such situations, I had witness it in my teenage years, worst still the guy was my yard friend, their run was facing ours, he was serious beating his dad, while his senior bro was away,

I hate nonsense.

This is uncalled for. Result of bad parenting. He should better learn to control that anger of his unless, the anger stops him.

He is cursed already!!!! Life Time Curse.

Get him arrested and locked up before he accidentally murdered your father and anyone.
Essence of this is to tame the arrogance, anger and suppress whatever demon possessed him.

By the time he's released, having being isolated his conscience/humane guilt would resurrect.

This is a curse, even a generational curse, this brother of yours is bringing upon himself.

Even if the father is/was parenting wrongly, raising hands on his father is NOT the way forward.

I know a Reverend Father based in Italy who purposely flew down to Nigeria because of their last born who had sworn to be a thorn in the flesh of their aged parents, as early as 5a.m he arrived their family house with 2 policemen, kicked the guy up from sleep and had him bundled into the car and straight to Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Enugu where he paid to have the younger brother locked up for months till when he was to return to Nigeria for his annual leave as he couldn't allow his youngest brother to continue harrassing their aged parents and threatening to burn down the family house with their parents in it.

Aftet being released from the psychiatric hospital, na the guy call family meeting say e wan learn handwork.

Go home and teach him some lesson, you know what I mean. if you cannot handle him report him to the police or anticult
