Not every enforcement process carried ouyis aimed at collecting bribe or whatsoever. It's a means of putting check to haphazard developments within our environment. In a sane environment developers are meant to procure a development approval before embarking on development s. However development of this magnitude comes with both negative and positive impact on the neighborhood. A team of the enforcement department of physical planning is doing it's best to make sure the impact is well mitigated. A need for an approval for such development |
