Please notice that he was attended to and swiftly carried to hospital where he likely survived. That is Ghana

In this Nigeria, they would have waited till he fell and had a concussion.
Then there'd be 30 minutes of shouting an confusion before somebody calls ambulance.
Then the ambulance will have to go and buy fuel, deal with traffic, and won't have any basic equipment on board.
The hospital will first reject him, and they may have to go to several hospitals to find one that will accept him.
Even then, there's no light, nor oxygen, and our critical staff won't be on seat.
By the time he's admitted, our people will pronounce him dead.

Not everyone takes public service because of poverty. There are people from noble background with parents who instilled patriotism in them from childhood, true Patriots, in most countries and that man must have placed service to his country far above his health and comfort.
May God heal him. Even at the point of his breakdown, he was still trying to give the figures out as their constitution must have mandated him to announce the data. That's a patriot.
Guys like him are not on the social media running down their country and patriots making sacrifice for others.

May God bless the quick thinking people around him who spotted the symptoms. Stroke is not not an ailment that can be easily recognised during the early stages. We all saw the video of someone who was dancing at a party in Nigeria and he fell down and nobody moved a muscle until it was too late because they thought he was pranking.

Everybody is writing off drugs, this is not stroke but seizure, a common complication of tramadol overdose. Some of these politicians are drug abusers that is why you see them do some kind things that are sometimes abnormal.
