Any body could have suffered stroke, even without any medical condition. Go for check up from time to time, that's all.

In this Nigeria, they would have waited till he fell and had a concussion.
Then there'd be 30 minutes of shouting an confusion before somebody calls ambulance.
Then the ambulance will have to go and buy fuel, deal with traffic, and won't have any basic equipment on board.
The hospital will first reject him, and they may have to go to several hospitals to find one that will accept him.
Even then, there's no light, nor oxygen, and our critical staff won't be on seat.
By the time he's admitted, our people will pronounce him dead.

So much insensitive comments here. Stroke happens so unexpectedly and you can never know when it will strike. Sake happened to my dad. He was at work when he had a stroke, he couldn't speak very well again and staggered. People noticed it quickly but we still lost him. I miss him terribly.
