The issue is not even the money.
This president came on national television to say that he has mandated his attorney general to begin the process of retrieving a so called gazetted open grazing land/routes said to be gazetted in the 1960s.In other words he is opposed to ranching in spite of the conflicts and misery it is generating,in spite of development and population growth have overtaken a lot of things.
