What Victor Ike Oye, the former National Chairman of APGA was running since May 31, 2019 was a Kangaroo Leadership that is not recognised by the Law but being that the Party was strongly financed by the State, he was able to spend the chunk of money at his disposal on bulling, intimidating and blackmailing the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to do his biddings.

In the eyes of the law Oye is not the National Chairmen of APGA because the convention that produced him was against a court order. He has been sustaining himself illegally with the resources from the party's coffers all these while.

His Kangaroo leadership was able to last this long because everyone was afraid to challenge the order while those who tried were also bullied to silence until the disqualification of Hon.Chukwuma Umeoji, Akachukwu Sullivan Nwankpo and Hon. Nonso Smart Okafor which was the last straw that broke the camels back and forced the members of the NEC and NWC of the party, the Leaders of the Party from National to Ward Level, Stateholders of the party, and the party's rank and files to unitedly challenge the arrow heads of the Cabal onslaught against the party.

Litigations are not won through subjective sentiments, this was the reason Jude Okeke led Faction of APGA was able to prove their case beyond every reasonable doubt at the Jigawa High Court, hence the ruling that he is the authentic National Chairman of APGA and that INEC should recognize any Primaries conducted by his Lesdership.

Had Victor Oye participated in the original National Convention on the 31st of May, 2019 held Owerri in accordance with the court order, contested the Chairmanship Position and won, he would have emerged the APGA National Chairman.

Victor Oye who communicated INEC on the April 17th 2019 with a Court Order that compelled APGA to conduct Ward Congress on the 2nd, 3rd and 6th for, LGA Sate Congresses, respectively Nationwide and then hold the National Convention at Owerri on the 31st of May 2019 saw that it was impossible to win in the National Convention on receiving the results of the Ward, LGA, State and Nationwide Congress in Abuja at about the 10th of May, 2019 moblized his cohorts and convened a purported NEC meeting at Government House, Awka on the 14th of May 2019, a few hours to the expiration of the tenure of most of the members of the NEC on the 15th May 2019 and excluded many members of the NEC including the BOT members of the party.

Oye and his group arrived at a decision in the purported NEC meeting to dissolve the BOT, cancel the congresses that were held on the 2nd, 3rd and 6th of May 2019 for Ward, LGA and States respectively and conduct a fake convention on the 19th, 20th and 21st of May 2010 after the expiration of the Administrations of the Ward, LGA and State Leaders of the party on the 15th of May 2019.

While the original convention was held at Owerri on the 31st of May 2019 Oye also held his fake convention with his cronies at Awka on the same date and produced himself as the Chairman of APGA against a court order that stated out clearly the dates and location of the 2019 National Convention.

The BOT members of the party became infuriated and went to Kwale High Court to obtain a Court Order stopping Oye from acting on any decision emanating from that purported NEC meeting and the fake convention held at Awka.

Oye resorted to using court orders to frustrate the leadership that was produced by the Original National Convention at Owerri and as well bully, intimidate and blackmail the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC into doing his biddings using the Party resources at his disposal.

This was why the platform that announced Soludo the candidate for November 6 election lacks the locus and legal merit to stand, the implication is that Soludo was never an APGA aspirant because the Kangaroo Leadership of Victor Oye which Produced him as their candidate in the purported Primaries held on the 23rd of June, 2021 at Dora Akunyili Women Development Centre, Awka is not recognised in the eyes of the Law as the Leadership of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA.
