Christmas Day is always 25th of December, we all know this at least one year before so we can plan for the Exams not to coincide!
But no one in Nigeria knows the date of the next Eidl Fitri, till a day before, that is where the problem is!
Dont even compare Christian Holidays, which are fixed from the beginning of the year, to a Muslim Holiday which depends on how a King in Saudi Arabia feels

Should we Nigerians suspend all our Exams and the preparation for them, because we have to wait for another country to tell us when we can do it, since hey are the "Calendar" of the Muslims?

Except it's a school owned by a church, churches aren't in the same compound with a government owned school. Then, why would it be different with a mosque when the indigenous Muslim population is highly infinitesimal? Also, Muslims don't attend public schools and there exists no Islamic school in Akwa Ibom. Actually, Akwa Ibom government is wrong on this.
Because its a public holiday they should allow the students to rest and come back on Thursday.
