EID-KABIR@ KONTAGORA: NIGER STATE GOVERNOR ABUBAKAR SANI BELLO SEEKS CONTINUE PRAYER FOR PEACEFUL SOCIETY

In the Spirit of Eid-el-Kabir celebration, Governor Abubakar Sani Bello of Niger State, was at the Palace of Sarkin Sudan Kontagora, Alh. Saidu Namaska to pay Sallah homage.

The Governor also paid visit to an elder states man Col. Sani Bello for fatherly advise and continous blessings.

At both ends prayers were offered for the peace and progress of Niger state in particular and Nigeria in general for God to intervene and bring an end to banditry, kidnapping, cattle rustling and other 21st century crimes.

Chairman of Kontagora local government council Shehu Pawa, along side other council members expressed appreciation for the visit and commended the state goverment in its fight against banditry saying relative peace has returned to the area and prayed that God will sustain it.
