why did you keep your receipt for so long without booking an appointment?They changed their visa appointment system on March 1 and they publicized it,massively.I think the deadline for those who paid their MRV fees before March 1 to book an appointment was april.I dont think you can use that receipt again.You could still direct your enquiry to usvisa@state.gov.

you need to pay at any gtb bank ,you just pay for your mrv ,i think its 22,500.thats all.cheers!
