The Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Political Affairs, Chief Peter Ojie has presented a mobile phone to the ward chairman of Mbube West Ward 2 in Ogoja LGA of the State, as part of his empowerment scheme. From a post gleaned from Facebook, the mobile device was presented by two other Special Assistants to the Governor namely Hon. Austin Anoh, Odu Raphael, and Egbung.
