The scoreline didn't say much about the game. Did they have a goal attempt? Aside the ball that Bravo pushed which was even off target in the first place. Bilbao didn't give us the kinda trouble I had envisioned. Like Villareal, they tried but didn't have goal attempts.

I am really happy with what I am seeing with this team.

Special mentions:
Messi is obviously back. No doubts about that. What more can I say about him that has not been said before?

Munir something else. He is much more than I had even hoped. Was very active in this game..Great game lad!

Neymar made an instant impact yet again. Last match he was instrumental in the goal as he passed the ball to Messi, which Messi gave to Sandro.

Rakitić is a beast. Nothing more. The guy is exactly what we needed all the while. Physical, with great vision.

Mathieu has come to be the signing we have missed for long. That guy is just magnificent! 4/4 thus far. Well done man.

Mascherano (despite not expecting him to start in defence) did great alongside his partner in crime (Mathieu)

Bravo? He is yet to be tested.

It would be bad if I fail to reckon Alba's contribution. As always, the guy is just good for the left back position.
